Aimed at both children and adults, Kevin's interactive tours and commissioned performances weave together an intricate tapestry of traditional tales, literary texts, historical facts and playful imaginings. For ten years at Tate Britain, for example, he contributed to TATE TALES: public performances designed to enrich creative and critical responses to visual art. In National Trust houses his storytelling takes us back through the ages - and forward into imagined futures.

The pied piper has returned! I have never seen such an instantaneous appeal as between Kevin and groups of kids from 3 to 73. He leads with a deft, light touch and they follow gladly in story, song and wicked riddles. He is totally professional, thoroughly researched, and alert to every necessary change of mood and pace. It is always a joy to see this master storyteller weaving his magic spells.
